About this role

Act as a single point contact for designated/assigned Creative Services Projects
Provide creative leadership to the design teams to deliver a range of collaterals
Produce strategically sound conceptual work and bring it to life through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation
Adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends
Mentor junior team members on best design practices
Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly

Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
At least 10 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment (team management experience mandatory)
