Develop and prepare the end‑to‑end P&A sales process, ensuring full readiness for market rollout.
Define and coordinate sales tactics, campaigns, activities, and sales tools.
Collaborate closely with GTM / Activation Managers to secure strong execution of P&A initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities and uncover P&A business potential across assigned channels.
Lead market research and benchmark analysis to gather customer and competitor insights.
Adapt tactics to suit different channels and market needs.
Support yearly planning, GTM calendars, and major product launches.
Gather and consolidate feedback on new product opportunities (products, packaging, kits) and work with Product Management on development and GTM follow‑up.
Contribute to defining the P&A commercial and sales concept strategy.
Provide complementary support to Sales Operations, including forecasting and analytics.
Requirements
A few years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales support, category management or similar roles.
A solid understanding of commercial and sales fundamentals, with experience supporting launches, campaigns or GTM activities.
Experience working in structured, process‑oriented and data‑driven environments, balancing analysis with execution.
The ability to work confidently with insights, forecasts and performance data to support commercial decision‑making.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders across sales, product management, marketing and regional teams.
Fluent in English is a must in this position, both spoken and in writing.
