Own and deliver revenue targets across digital, TV, branded content, and event sponsorship
Drive growth from both new and existing clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia
Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive business development, strategic account expansion, and accurate forecasting
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies, trading desks, and direct clients
Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-impact, integrated proposals
Contribute to regional commercial strategy through market insights

4-6+ years' industry experience in sales, advertising, branded content, sponsorship, events, or digital marketing
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets across Singapore and/or Southeast Asia
Demonstrated success in selling event sponsorships and integrated, multi-platform solutions
Strong, established relationships with Singapore-based agencies and SEA regional clients
Experience across digital and TV solutions
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex, multi-market deals
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
Additional language capabilities would be an advantage
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
