About this role
Role Overview
Overseeing cost management, project delivery, health & safety, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and on-site teams to guarantee project completion on schedule and within budget.
Providing clear guidance, coaching, and motivation to your on-site team.
Managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
Promoting a culture of health & safety and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster teamwork.
Tackling ambiguity with confidence and addressing issues in real-time.
Requirements
Full UK driving license.
Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism.
A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration.
Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security system installations (Bonus).
Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites (Bonus).
A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices (Bonus).
The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency (Bonus).
