Senior DevSecOps & Compliance Consultant

Role Overview

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controls.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Manage and secure Windows, Android and Linux-based systems across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tooling.
• Support SOC 2 audits, security control implementation, and evidence collection.
• Integrate SAST/SCA/DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Retail Operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering.
• Strong Linux administration skills (Debian, RHEL, etc.).
• CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• IaC expertise (Prometheus, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, or GCP).
• Threat modelling capability for systems and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001,PCI-DSS).
• Experience with retail or transactional environments is a plus.
• Experience working with container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Security are strong plus.
