Own projects while coordinating and prioritizing the team’s work.
Ensure People processes are consistent, efficient, compliant, and employee-centric.
Shape how policies, programs, and support show up for remote team members.
Partner with Head of People to draft, update, and roll out People policies.
Support design and execution of annual and mid-year review cycles.
Manage the team responsible for daily People operations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage payroll process ensuring accurate, timely bi-weekly payroll.
Support M&A activity integration for seamless transitions.
Requirements
5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role.
Experience in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling organization is preferred.
Certification: SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and experienced with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for Paylocity.
