About this role
Role Overview
- Support for our Swiss premium client in the food industry
- Provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and issues
- Act as the competent first point of contact – especially as a coffee specialist
Requirements
- Swiss German language skills at least C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
- Willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
- Computer literacy
- Reliable home internet connection — Download 10 Mbps; Upload 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
Benefits
- Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
- Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal (14.5 KM net per working day) + transportation allowance (60 KM net)
- Full-time contract from the first day of training
- Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office – accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
- Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
- Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
