Collaborate with Account Executives during Prospect Discovery stage of the Sales Cycle to conform the Meevo Product Demonstration to the Prospects’ business and product requirements.
Be an expert on MSI products, services, and integrations.
Be an expert on the MSI competitor landscape.
Collaborate with others at MSI to develop the Product Sales Strategy for Prospect Opportunities.
Collaborate with the Sales Team and Client Services Teams on Proof-of-Concept trials to ensure successful outcomes that address customer use cases and pain points.
Collaborates with the Sales Trainer to help drive impactful Sales Trainings that incorporate recent Prospect pain, feedback, and industry trends.
Be the technical resource for helping Prospects understand how Meevo complements their existing operational technology stack.
Build Statement-of-Work (SOW) documents that accurately outline tasks needed to provide a complete solution when required.
Serve as trusted advisor among internal and external constituents (up to C level) based on product and solution knowledge.
Lead and assist in the Request-for-Proposal (RFP), Request-for-Information (RFI), and Security Questionnaire processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision makers in Prospective Accounts to help ensure a smooth Sales process, as well as hand-off to Implementation and Data Services.
Work with Sales Management to create and define compelling experiences in the Sales Demo environment to highlight platform value.
Record Sales Demonstration videos to share internally and externally.
Update internal training materials to ensure the Sales team is well prepared for any situation.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Marketing to continuously improve MSI products and marketing.
Align with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on future Product Roadmap items, and share feedback on released features and industry trends.
Mentor and coach the Sales Team on how MSI operations and technology work.
Build and present systems diagrams in PowerPoint, as well as collaborate on shared documents.
Create Process Documentation for the Sales Team.
Record detailed notes from Prospect interactions in Salesforce.
Requirements
Must be an engaging presenter, both in-person and remotely.
Must have a “Team Player” mentality.
Expertise in B2B sales and a proven track record of successfully working with Sales Teams.
Must be action-oriented and a self-starter with a strong persistence in achieving goals and prioritizing workload.
Possesses the ability to adapt quickly and answer a wide range of both technical and business questions from Prospects.
Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to understand Prospect requirements, business needs and challenges while establishing realistic and attainable expectations.
