Own the end-to-end execution of marketing automation campaigns via Pardot including audience building/selection, platform asset production, scheduling, and delivery of emails and landing pages.
Produce high-quality campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines, including emails, landing pages, templates, forms, and other digital experiences
Test assets to the highest standards against devices, email clients, browsers, and operating systems
Use project management software to prioritize and delegate workload, track efficiency and communicate with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, optimize, and report on the end-to-end campaign production process
Utilize Pardot's automation capabilities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, conform to best practice approaches, and enhance the overall customer experience
Produce detailed and accessible documentation where applicable on processes, workflows, improvements and functionality
Requirements
Proficiency in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
Strong technical skills in HTML and CSS
Experience using project management software such as Asana or Wrike
Familiarity with email testing platforms like Litmus or Email On Acid
Competency in design tools including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
Proven experience in end-to-end marketing automation campaign execution
Ability to produce digital assets including emails, landing pages, and forms
Skill in testing assets against multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems
Experience in documenting processes, workflows, and technical functionality
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
