About this role

provides strategic leadership for learning and talent development programs within the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business
sets the learning and development vision and multi-year roadmap
partners with senior leaders to align capabilities to business strategy
ensures scalable, measurable solutions across a global, matrixed organization
leads through influence to design and govern core programs
drives adoption of modern learning modalities (including technology and AI-enabled solutions)
establishes metrics to demonstrate business impact

10+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, HR, or related field
demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-year learning/talent portfolios across multiple functions
program/portfolio management certification a plus
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, learning experience design and evaluation models
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
