Responsible for the operational rigor and oversight across multiple centers
Reports to the Regional Vice President and collaborates with regional leaders
Ensures all centers are operationally efficient and optimizes resources for patients
Deep ownership of patient experience and engagement
Focuses on schedule management, patient responsiveness, and clinical outcomes
Promotes standardization to OSH best practices and SOPs to promote quality control
Launches new initiatives to enhance daily operations
Partners with regional leadership to identify workflow impact
Instills a collaborative culture between operational leaders and supports team development

4-5 years of experience in a Director role in a clinical or population health setting, with at least 2 years of multi-site experience
Undergraduate degree required, Masters preferred
Incredible level of organization, reliability and independence
A passion for mentorship and team-development
A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
Travel required to centers within geography (80%)
