design, build, and ship AI‑powered products and platforms
embed strong technology risk and control foundations from day one
hands‑on engineering, integrating, and hardening modern AI stacks including agentic workflows, cloud AI platforms, and full‑stack systems
define how AI products are built, deployed, and scaled safely across Fidelity

5–8 years of experience building and delivering production AI or ML‑driven products
hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks and tooling such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and agent‑based architectures
experience building or contributing to agentic workflows, autonomous agents, and orchestration logic that integrate tools, memory, and decisioning
strong experience across cloud‑native AI platforms and infrastructure, including Google Vertex AI, AWS and Azure services
understanding and implementing standard cloud capabilities such as API gateways, authentication and authorization, application security controls, CI/CD, and observability
engineering mindset to identifying and mitigating technology risks in AI systems
bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with experience building AI products in regulated or enterprise environments strongly valued
