Build a strong understanding of Operations Group functions and serve as a trusted partner across teams, supporting a wide range of analytical, process, and project needs
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, partnering closely with teams to drive progress, manage dependencies, and keep work on track
Support key Operations Strategy areas, including strategic planning and reporting, financial planning and analysis, internal communications, identity and access management, records management, and operations compliance
Serve as a thought leader for solving complex business problems with innovative solutions and approaches that maximize business value and desired outcomes
Manage recurring business processes (e.g., quarterly reviews, strategic reporting, customer compliance) while continually improving their effectiveness
Provide expertise to the team and support less experienced staff through coaching, delegation, and work review
Lead or support ad hoc deliverables
Requirements
Typically requires Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience
Typically requires at least 6 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage responsibilities and keep projects and processes moving forward with limited oversight
Exhibits agility and resilience in navigating evolving needs, organizational shifts, and shifting priorities
Applies strong critical-thinking skills to pull together information from different places and form strong recommendations and well-reasoned decisions, even with limited direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share ideas clearly and concisely and adjust the message for different audiences
Skilled at building strong partnerships with people in different roles and collaborating to get work done
Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) and/or financial services/payments experience desired
