Support Nutra Blend’s sales organization by coordinating sales programs, customer engagement initiatives, vendor partnerships, and related operational processes
Support the planning and execution of small and mid-size customer, sales, and vendor events including coordination of end-to-end event logistics
Manage timelines, run-of-show documents, and planning trackers
Serve as onsite event support for select events
Support the execution and administration of sales programs including customer incentives and engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
Track event and program budgets, expenses, and invoices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of progressive experience in meetings and events, administrative support, sales support or sales operations
Proven experience managing vendor ecosystems
Project management, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Ability to travel ~30% of the time
