Role Overview
- Architect the future of legal operations services across TIAA's global Law and Policy (L&P) organization
- Lead initiatives supporting the transition of an enterprise-wide matter management system
- Prepare the global legal department for AI integration
- Establish India as TIAA's strategic hub for legal process innovation
- Drive delivery of key strategic projects, including contract negotiations and lifecycle management
- Serve as a change agent in driving culture change
- Oversee performance and development of Legal Operations Services team
- Develop team capabilities in emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
- Create business intelligence capabilities
