Work closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead to execute the growth strategy for the UK practice, identifying opportunities within the existing client base and supporting new business proposals
Support business development activities to drive growth, working collaboratively with other teams
Design and implement robust transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients
Lead functional analysis interviews and manage the delivery of high-quality TP deliverables and documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines
Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking
Manage economic analysis and benchmarking processes using industry-standard TP databases
Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive and responsive communication
Draft high-quality technical reports with strong attention to detail and clarity of communication

ACA-qualified or equivalent professional certification
Strong understanding of current UK transfer pricing legislation and the evolving OECD landscape
Experience with thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous
Proficiency in using transfer pricing databases to identify and analyse comparable data
