Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).
6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience optimization, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or related roles.
B2B and/or B2B2C experience are strongly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
Proven roadmap and prioritization discipline.
Cross-functional fluency across Digital Marketing, Digital Product, and Performance Marketing.
Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, interpreting performance data, and recommending actions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
