Trek Health is the financial intelligence platform for healthcare providers, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale their paid acquisition engine. This role focuses on driving qualified pipeline from paid channels and managing strategy, execution, and performance across various platforms to ensure revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with a focus on pipeline generation and CAC efficiency
- Build and optimize campaigns across search, retargeting, ABM, and competitor-focused initiatives
- Translate ICP and buyer insights into high-converting ad creative and landing page experiences
- Continuously test messaging, audiences, and channels to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Partner with sales and BDR teams to align paid efforts with active opportunities, renewals, and target accounts
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to hit pipeline and revenue targets
- Analyze campaign performance and report on impact across key metrics including CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Identify and launch new paid channels and experiments to expand reach and improve efficiency
