Acts as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organisations, and in-house employees
Assembles, proofs and edits drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies
Assists internally in analysing documents
Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys
May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations
Compiles data from legal digests, encyclopedias and practice manuals
Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities, as required
Counsels on progress of cases
May assist with the review and preparation of patent material and applications

Requirements
Paralegal certification; required
Law office experience; required
5+ years of experience; required
Knowledge of office equipment/software related to position responsibilities
