About this role
Role Overview
Own a portfolio of strategic prospects and drive acquisition from first contact to signed agreement.
Build and execute account plans: value proposition, negotiation strategy, stakeholder mapping, and closing plan.
Collaborate with Sales Intelligence to identify “must-win” accounts using data signals (demand gaps, cuisine, location, competition).
Lead commercial negotiations and align internal approvals.
Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, onboarding, product, growth) to unblock deal requirements.
Ensure high-quality handover to onboarding: complete documentation, menu readiness expectations, operational constraints.
Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting; provide qualitative market feedback.
Represent TGO at onsite meetings when needed.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B sales, key account acquisition, or business development
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
Comfortable with data-driven targeting and structured pipeline management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in food delivery / Q-commerce marketplace or restaurant industry is preferred
