About this role
Role Overview
Provide primary technical pre-sales support to assigned account representatives
Influence customers toward Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services
Support device integration and arrange testing for customer acceptance
Coordinate integration activities with internal and external support groups
Consult prospective users on product capability
Provide valuable input for product development
Travel up to 75%
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology or business discipline
3+ years in customer sales support activities, analyzing customer business needs, and designing solutions to address client needs.
Working knowledge of network connectivity
Software development experience
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
Self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated and problem solver with a positive outlook
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements
Understanding of Enterprise level solutions
