Provide adsorbent design assistance and consultation to sales personnel especially on unique or new opportunities.
Review adsorption units process drawing and operating procedures.
Enhance customer relationship through positive customer interactions and service-oriented attitude.
Provide or lead on-site service efforts on customer’s adsorption unit for drying and purifying various streams in the processing industries for the purpose of preventative maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting and improving design correlations.
Prepare and provide customer presentations and written reports of onsite efforts.
Conduct on-site pilot testing to help develop improved adsorbents.
Ability to learn and use portable analytical equipment at customer sites.
Participate in customer and contractor meetings as required.
Ensure adsorbent related content is represented in sales events where appropriate.
Attention to job safety and conducting the job in a safe manner is a requirement.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Refining, Petrochemicals, or Gas Processing including Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service, Engineering experience.
Adsorbent unit field experience.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Expertise recognized externally through participation in industry committees or standard committees.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly motivated environment.
