They are seeking a Clinical Application Support Engineer to provide day-to-day production support for clinical and population health systems, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations between various applications and data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support clinical, PHM, and MCO applications (care management, utilization management, reporting)
- Provide day‑to‑day production support for clinical and population health systems
- Assist with application implementations, upgrades, and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Troubleshoot issues impacting clinical workflows, care coordination, and reporting integrations
- Monitor and support integrations between clinical apps, PHM platforms, data warehouses, and downstream systems
- Investigate and resolve interface failures, data delays, and integration errors
- Coordinate fixes with development and vendor teams
- Analyze and resolve data quality, reconciliation, and transformation issues
- Support ETL pipelines used for clinical, PHM, and MCO reporting
- Perform source‑to‑target analysis to find root cause of data issues
- Work with data and application teams on permanent fixes
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and RCA
- Respond to production issues affecting clinical and PHM systems
- Document incidents, fixes, and preventive actions
- Ensure ongoing system stability
- Work closely with application, ETL, database, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Clearly communicate issues and resolutions to clinical and business users
- Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks
