About this role
Role Overview
Act as the primary liaison between key client accounts and internal teams, including business development, technology, and marketing.
Ensure successful implementation and adoption of enterprise SaaS products across client organizations.
Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Lead new business pitches and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
Proactively assess, clarify, and document client needs through SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and leverage CRM and analytics tools to optimize account strategies.
Maintain a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused approach while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS or technology company.
Strong experience in consultative client management, system integrations, requirement gathering, and cross-functional project execution.
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively to senior executives.
Skilled in managing multiple high-priority accounts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Confident, dynamic, and collaborative persona; a sense of humor and positive attitude is a plus.
Experience in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is advantageous.
