Handle customer inquiries efficiently: Ensure all customer questions and issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily
Exceed customers' expectations in every interaction
Respond quickly across channels: Reply promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally by phone
Maintain a high level of responsiveness to ensure timely support for customers
Assist customers in choosing the perfect e-bike: Help customers select the e-bike that best suits their needs, preferences, and budget
After-sales service: Provide customers with regular updates on the delivery status of their e-bike
Handle warranty cases efficiently and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
Support customers with any post-purchase questions or concerns and ensure a smooth after-sales experience
Address any issues or discrepancies after delivery, such as missing parts or damage, and coordinate appropriate solutions
Improve support and operational processes: Proactively identify areas to enhance customer care and operational workflows
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience
Share feedback and suggestions to optimize workflows, improve communication channels, and refine customer service procedures

Requirements
A positive attitude with a passion for customer interaction
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of and passion for bicycles
Available shifts: 12:00–20:00 or 16:00–00:00 (local time)
