Responsible for the functional development of our Odoo ERP system with a focus on financial processes
Lead end-to-end development and collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
Independently prioritize requirements and ensure clear documentation
Continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure
Monitor scope, schedule, and budget

5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo
Senior-level expertise in accounting and finance within an ERP context
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g., Waterfall)
Assertiveness combined with an analytical and structured working style
Background in economics or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification)
Excellent English skills; French is a plus; German is advantageous
