Role Overview
- Optimize partner performance by analyzing data.
- Identify performance/training gaps and develop strategies.
- Create and implement partner certification programs.
- Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program.
- Develop tailored training and coaching programs.
- Manage operational escalations.
- Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn.
- Serve as the ITAR conversion leader.
- Conduct on-site assessments for best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive training records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on acquisition strategies.
- 20-25% travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- 8+ years serving as a lead/leader in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing, machining, and the language and rhythms of the manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.
- Proven track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship to develop others is a plus.
- Top-class analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Fluency with presentation, document, project management and other essential business applications.
