About this role

Contribute to IT project management by tracking schedules, budgets and deliverables
Prepare and facilitate project committee meetings: write minutes, track actions and decisions
Identify and monitor project risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans
Collaborate with business teams, vendors and technical teams to ensure effective project coordination
Contribute to the production of dashboards and reporting on the status of the IT project portfolio

Required Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
Fluent English, written and spoken
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project or equivalent)
Strong organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Desirable Experience in an internship or academic project related to project management or information systems
Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMP
