Independently perform monthly accounting for clients across various industries
Assist with monthly and year-end financial statements
Communicate with tax authorities and provide support on tax-related matters
Participate in projects and support the optimization of accounting and financial processes
Support system migrations, e.g., from RZL to BMD NTCS
Prepare and submit VAT returns, recapitulative statements (EC Sales Lists), etc.
Prepare monthly reports and business/management analyses
Support VAT special audits

Several years of accounting experience, ideally in a tax consulting firm
Completed accounting certification (e.g., WIFI / Academy of Tax Advisors and Auditors)
Experience with common ERP/accounting software (e.g., BMD NTCS, Datev, RZL, RZA, DVO)
Experience in payroll accounting, ideally with a payroll certification; strong Excel skills desirable
High accuracy and reliability
Team player with strong communication skills
Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level
Preferable: willingness to travel within eastern Austria (approx. 50%)
