Provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility.
Assist employees and managers with requests for information.
Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them.
Work closely with employees, providing functional advice on HR-related matters.
Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools
Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional handling of telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience with general knowledge of HR responsibilities and functions (preferred)
Familiarity with Concur (preferred)
Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
