The HRBP will play a dual role in IT recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities, focusing on sourcing technical talent and supporting employee experience initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations
- Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters
- Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data integrity
- Generate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-making
- Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth
- Partner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions (or equivalent education/experience)
- Prior experience working in a software or SaaS based technology company
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data
- A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
