Clearly define customer and business problems. Explore broad-to-narrow solutions with thoughtful designs.
Pioneer the integration of AI tools and generative design techniques into our core design workflows to accelerate ideation, increase output efficiency, and unlock entirely new product experiences.
Ideate, design, launch and improve products to help advance Collective’s mission.
Work with a cross functional product development team (product managers, engineers, designers, operations, sales & marketing) to ship innovative and well-crafted experiences, for scale
Optimize for execution velocity while maintaining a high quality bar, making tradeoffs between design choices and resources available.
Contribute to growing a robust & refined design system
Requirements
6
8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience in previous roles, preferably within Fintech or Consumer Tech.
Outstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency, including visual, UI/UX, copy writing and systems-design.
Experience with and a high bar for visual polish and intuitive, simple design patterns.
Passion for turning complex problems into simple & engaging solutions.
Proven ability to leverage AI/ML tools (e.g., generative AI, automated testing) to enhance the speed and quality of the design process.
Innate understanding of the end-to-end design process
from identifying customer needs and pain points to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ability to apply consumer insights and metrics to inform design decisions and influence the product roadmap
Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect the dots across the entire customer journey.
