About this role
DemaDose is building a B2B SaaS platform that enables business owners to create mobile applications without coding. They are seeking high-performing Product Design Interns to assist in expanding their mobile product to a desktop/web experience and launching new features, providing real responsibility and impact during the internship.
Responsibilities:
- Convert all existing mobile designs into responsive web/desktop versions
- Design new features from zero wireframes to polished UI
- Iterate on the Drag-and-Drop feature, ensuring it has all necessary functionality for building apps
- Design the AI Generator UI
- Design the Checkout Bundles UI
- Design the Customer Support Ticketing system UI within the app
- Design the Internal Analytics Dashboard UI for co-founder use
- Build scalable Figma component systems
- Create prototypes that developers can ship without confusion
- Think in systems, not just screens
- Iterate based on real user feedback
- Take on additional design tasks as needed during the internship
Requirements:
- Think like product builders, not just visual stylists
- Can defend design decisions with logic
- Move fast without sacrificing clarity
- Take feedback without ego
- Care about clean UX and scalable systems
- Can handle web, desktop, and mobile design workflows
- Are capable of designing complex features such as AI generators, drag-and-drop editors, analytics dashboards, and ticketing systems
- Actually want to work at a startup
- Strong Figma skills (components, auto layout, design systems)
- Solid UX fundamentals across mobile and web
- A portfolio that shows depth, not just surface-level mockups
- 10–20 hours per week consistently
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Centered Design
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Interaction Design
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Product Design
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Informatics
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in related design-focused fields
