Lead the implementation process, providing support to the franchisee;
Monitor the construction schedule;
Manage relationships with approved vendors;
Ensure stores meet brand standards, deadlines, and quality requirements;
Coordinate communications with suppliers and handle conflict resolution;
Ensure that construction projects remain on schedule and within scope;
Update the management platform with implementation progress;
Guide the franchisee through the implementation process and organize the schedule;
Ensure new franchisees have access to the platforms;
Send control spreadsheets to internal departments at month-end.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Knowledge of fast-track construction projects.
