Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas, from discovery through iteration and delivery
Partner closely with PMs and Engineers to co-create solutions, not just execute on specs
Translate ambiguous problems into clear, structured design approaches and outcomes
Build and evolve scalable systems, information architecture, and product structures
Develop and maintain design systems that are actively used and evolve with the product
Contribute to both external client-facing experiences and internal tools (e.g., CRM, operational platforms)
Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, constraints, and changing business needs
Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, research, and prototyping where appropriate

Sharp product judgment—able to frame problems, prioritize effectively, and make decisions tied to real user and business impact
