Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data within the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on market trends and recruitment metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in remote or international hiring environments.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
