Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, focusing on sourcing and attracting passive sales talent
Work closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines
Ensure sales positions are filled efficiently with the right talent
Manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process

2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role
Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred
Professional, collaborative, and candidate‑focused approach
