Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Three to five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for both hourly and salary positions
Experience in manufacturing recruitment with a high volume recruiting pace
Knowledge and experience of recruitment at all levels of the business
Strong proficiency in all area of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, and relationship management required
Experienced in all forms of current online sourcing tools, techniques and networking as well as emerging trends and resources as it relates to recruitment
Experience working with an ATS and HRIS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates and jobs, experience with ADP, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and iCIMS TextRecruit a plus
Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Knowledge of structured and behavioral interviewing techniques
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, strong relationship building skills required
Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regard to confidential information
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders
Creative and innovative thinker with proven good judgement
Self-starter with strong initiative, highly motivated and focused
