Responsible for the end-to-end payroll closing cycle in SAP S/4HANA HR;
Management of social charges (FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, IRRF) and submission of eSocial events;
Configuration and maintenance of payroll items, statutory tables, and monitoring of S-Notes (system updates);
Payroll accounting reconciliation with the FI/CO module;
Acting as a Key User in improvement, automation, or system migration projects;
Labor and social security legislation: Full mastery of the CLT, regulatory standards, and specific legislation (such as the Internship Law or Outsourcing Law);
eSocial and statutory obligations: Advanced knowledge of eSocial (S-1200, S-1210, etc.), DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, DIRF, and RAIS;
Complex calculations: Ability to perform and audit termination calculations for senior executives, salary equalization, PLR (profit-sharing), stock options, and flexible benefits;
Labor relations: Detailed interpretation of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and dispute negotiations;
KPIs: Monitoring turnover, absenteeism, overtime cost, and the impact of labor charges on payroll;
Personnel budgeting: Direct support in annual budget planning and variance analysis (Budgeted vs. Actual);
Internal audit: Conducting periodic process check-ups to identify bottlenecks or risks prior to external audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
SAP expertise: Experience with payroll calculation transactions (PC00), time management (PT), and generation of bank files;
Excel: Advanced level for auditing and data reconciliation (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query);
Data: Understanding of data usage and applications for information management: BI, BW, and other management and executive reporting tools;
Very strong analytical ability;
High resilience and tolerance for frustration;
Availability to work extended hours / occasional overtime;
Experience working in high-pressure environments.
