Support distributor and partner needs including brand training and best in class tactical tools for engagement with customers in face to face and remote/digital settings.
Manage the development, localisation and deployment of DTC and HCP marketing collateral to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Formulate and implement cohesive regional and local marketing plans aligned to business objectives and goals.
Use customer segmentation, market data and competitor intelligence to develop optimised multi-channel marketing plans across the region.
Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel media strategies (DTC / HCP) across the region including broadcast and digital media.
Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.
Partnering cross-functionally to ensure adequate KOL management.

Fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian or Turkish.
13+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a medical device or healthcare role.
Experience developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, particularly in a regulated industry.
Deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker.
Proficient in campaign activation across digital channels.
