Own and maintain the distributor SharePoint, ensuring all approved materials are correctly stored, up-to-date, and accessible
Manage Dexcom websites, including content updates and ongoing maintenance
Support the marketing team with the review and approval of materials in Veeva Vault
Lead the relationship with external translation agencies for high-quality localization of content
Manage the end-to-end process of contract creation and PO management
Track third-party distributor spend ensuring visibility, accuracy, and timely financial reporting
Support the wider team in operational tasks for effective delivery of marketing plans
Collaborate with marketing colleagues across EMEA to share best practices and scalable workflows

Fluent in English
Preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Turkish
Highly organized, self-starter, multi-tasker, problem solver with attention to detail
Confident in leading presentations and providing status updates in meetings
Ability to connect and develop relationships quickly
Marketing degree/qualification and/or several years of hands-on experience with demonstrated marketing impact
