Mid-level Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

• Focus on enhancing customer experience, increasing engagement, and maximizing business results. Monitor and optimize multichannel journeys, acting as a bridge with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor and produce reports on journey results and one-off sends;
• Track CRM success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI);
• Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvements aligned with CRM trends and consumer behavior;
• Conduct A/B tests, performance analyses and customer base segmentation.

• Knowledge of HTML, web analytics, Google Analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
• Ability to work collaboratively, influencing different areas and stakeholders.
• Certifications in Salesforce or other CRM platforms;
• Experience with marketing automation and campaign personalization;
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to CRM.
