Sales Representative, Inbound

Role Overview

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Begin paid training in a remote work environment
• All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Collaborate and adapt to the varying needs of our policyholders
• Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-at-home requirements

Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
