Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions and provide valuable insights to the team.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and contribute to campaign development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system. Track performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, inside sales, customer facing, or similar role. Experience in the technology sector, particularly with AI or utilities, is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Basic understanding of AI technology and its applications in the electric utility industry. A willingness to quickly learn and stay current with our solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
