Speaking with new potential clients seeking legal representation
Evaluating the quality of new clients' cases
Receiving and qualifying new and prospective clients for multiple brands within the law firm
Communicating with prospective clients by phone, email, and text
Ensuring all data is entered into the system correctly
Making follow-up calls to potential clients
Managing the processes of onboarding new clients
Answering and assessing incoming potential client calls to determine if they should be signed by the firm or referred to other firms

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Strong communication skills
Hard working, organized, self-motivated, and patient
Preference for candidates with production producing background in sales or qualifying customer service attributes
Some office experience and/or law experience is preferable but not required
