About this role
Role Overview
Own email automation, campaign operations, marketing technology, and analytics to support marketing initiatives
Ensure all marketing efforts are measurable, optimized, and continuously improving
Streamline marketing team operations to support initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and improve conversion metrics
Manage campaign execution from setup through launch, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
Coordinate external vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
Oversee marketing platforms and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting team needs
Support website and content operations to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives
Build and maintain the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure that power marketing efforts
Balance strategic ownership of marketing operations with day to day execution to keep campaigns running effectively
Requirements
3 + years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
Experience working in a business to business marketing environment preferred
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance
Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross functional stakeholders and external vendors
Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress
Understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Curiosity and interest in using data to understand customer behavior and improve outcomes
