Define, prioritize, and actively manage the portfolio of AI initiatives;
Ensure alignment between Artificial Intelligence initiatives, business outcomes, and corporate priorities;
Drive actions, decisions, and follow-ups at the portfolio level, involving multiple programs and AI workstreams;
Identify interdependencies, risks, and capacity constraints, proactively working to resolve them;
Maintain standardized control of actions, status, risks, issues, and portfolio dependencies;
Monitor and report portfolio KPIs, providing clear visibility of overall status;
Produce executive reports for leadership forums;
Implement and evolve portfolio governance mechanisms (demand intake, prioritization, and escalation);
Promote continuous improvement in portfolio management practices, tools, and reporting maturity;
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and portfolio-level reviews;
Lead projects within the CMC Digital area, when required;
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone controls, RAID records (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies), and governance materials;
Drive project execution, report status, and escalate risks, issues, and decisions to governance bodies;
Ensure projects comply with regulatory, validation, security, and data governance requirements;
Operate with influence without formal authority to promote accountability, remove blockers, and maintain delivery progress;
Other routine duties within the area.

Experience in portfolio and/or project management, preferably in technology or AI environments;
Experience in regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Medical Devices);
Ability to align technical initiatives with strategic business objectives;
Experience with portfolio governance (prioritization, intake, escalation);
Knowledge of risk management, dependencies, and operational capacity management;
Skill in defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics;
Experience preparing executive reports and communicating with senior leadership;
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and process maturity;
Experience with project management methodologies and tools;
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills without direct authority;
Bachelor's degree required;
Preferred: knowledge of regulatory requirements, information security, and data governance.
