Work directly with the Head of MMLIS Advisor Loans and Transitions to develop practice assessment capabilities for both EXP GDC Wealth Recruits and Practice Acquisition candidates
Produce detailed reports and report summaries through the recruit deal generation process for informed decision making
Responsible for analysis, reporting and problem solving related to all advisor loan programs administered through MMLIS
Collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination of significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Interpret loan profitability requirements into meaningful insights
Identification/development of key performance indicators applicable to analysis
Derive meaningful insights through visualizations for the governance team
Develop presentation materials and meeting collateral for Advisor Loan programs
Consult while providing directional guidance to data users
Perform reporting and system testing related to system enhancements in scheduled timeframes
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in a client‑facing role within financial services (e.g., wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or investment solutions)
3+ years' experience working with Microsoft Excel
1+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with field partners (career agents, financial advisors, RIAs, BDs, or general agencies), with a focus on relationship management
High School Diploma
Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
