About this role

Monitor client systems to identify and report incidents to the Third Party Administrator (TPA)
Assist client Risk Management department to report and manage TPA
Create, maintain and update incident logs, files and related construction project claims materials
Monitor and follow up with Third Party Administrator on status of reported claims
Support the internal management of claims files
Manage various financial tracking worksheets and systems
Consolidate and review construction project-related invoices
Help coordinate severe incident defense responses for construction project claims
Support the review of contracts for the construction projects

3-5 years of insurance industry experience
Experience in construction and/or claims management programs
Experience managing third party administrators for property & casualty
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or a related subject
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
