Ensure that recommendations are accurate, practical, relevant, and cohesive.
Lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial framing through convergence on a solution.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a similar organization
Deep industry knowledge, gained either through hands-on experience in the sector or through consulting engagements
Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Fluency in English and German is required
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top academic program
Willingness to travel
